Payment methods

Services on sirenko.studio are provided by IE Vasyl Sirenko (Individual Entrepreneur) (Tax ID 322960649, Georgia). Sirenko studio is the Contractor’s commercial web studio name.

Payment is by project stage under the agreed Order: an invoice after each completed stage (no mandatory upfront payment unless agreed otherwise). Contract terms — Public Offer (https://sirenko.studio/en/documents/public-offer/), Section 6.

Below — current details for international USD/EUR bank transfers and Wise.

1. Invoices, tax, and late payment

1.1. Each payment is supported by an official invoice from IE Vasyl Sirenko for accounting and tax records.

1.2. The Contractor operates under Georgia’s small business regime (1% turnover tax) and is not a VAT payer while annual turnover stays below the mandatory VAT registration threshold (100,000 GEL). VAT is not charged on invoices.

1.3. In the payment reference, include the payer’s name and project name (e.g. “Smith — corporate website”) and the invoice number if shown.

1.4. If payment is more than 14 calendar days late, the Contractor may charge 1% per month on the outstanding amount and pause work until payment (Offer, Section 6.6).

ℹ️ For EU clients: Georgia is not in the SEPA area — this is an international SWIFT transfer in EUR, not a SEPA payment. In your bank, choose “International transfer” and enter the IBAN and SWIFT above. For many EU clients, Wise (Section 4) is simpler — SEPA inside the EU and EUR delivery with lower fees.

Funds usually arrive within 1–2 business days; fees are typically lower than classic bank SWIFT.

5. How payment works

— Enquiry — contact form on the site or email to [email protected] with a brief description.

— Proposal — in writing: scope, timeline, cost by stage (Order).

— Work stage — the Contractor completes the agreed stage.

— Invoice — for the completed stage (or for agreed scope before start, if you agreed that).

— Payment — USD/EUR transfer or Wise using the details above; then the next stage.

— Delivery — handover of files and access; acceptance under the Offer (Section 9).
